Rm100 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm100 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use rm100's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm100 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform following any modification to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The rm100 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is solely for personal entertainment purposes.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to have one active account on the rm100 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rm100 may request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. rm100 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact rm100 customer support immediately and change your password without delay.
All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. rm100 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the rm100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, online banking, and digital wallets listed on your account's deposit page.
Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits that are set and may change from time to time. rm100 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving unlawful activity, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered under the same rm100 account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. rm100 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or where unusual account activity is detected.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take anywhere from a few minutes to twenty-four (24) business hours. rm100 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or digital wallet operators.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by rm100 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted. rm100 reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion if misuse or fraud is detected.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Rm100 users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Cheating, impersonating another person, or providing false information during account registration or verification.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of financial fraud, including the use of unauthorised payment methods or stolen card details.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts, zero-risk hedging, or any strategy that goes against the spirit of the promotional offer.
- Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to compromise the technical infrastructure of the rm100 platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and where applicable, further legal action under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rm100 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: detection of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, instructions from relevant authorities, or at the user's own request.
If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited to rm100. If closure occurs at the user's request or for reasons unrelated to fraud, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
Platform Liability Limits
Rm100 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
Rm100 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services that may be linked from this platform. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm100 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the property of rm100 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from rm100.
Changes to These Terms
Rm100 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with the updated date shown. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the rm100 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
